Jim has over 35 years in the IT support industry beginning with service and support sales and then migrating into the hands on hardware support industry. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Computer Science, is a Microsoft Certified Professional, and is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. He has proficiency in all of Microsoft desktop operating systems and server 2003 & 2008.
